If you are not satisfied with any item, simply return it to us for an exchange or refund of its purchase price.
Our policy lasts 30 days. All returns must be received within 30 days from the date your order shipped from us. To be eligible for a return or exchange the item must be unused, and in original packaging and condition. A 15% restocking charge will be applied for returned product.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 14 business days for processing.
We will gladly replace items that are defective or damaged. Please send us an email at email@example.com to make arrangements. Please see below for instructions.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Products will be refused to return if there is physical damage, broken warranty seal or alteration of serial numbers by customer and all warranties will be voided. All goods returned for warranty that are found to be non-defective (or damaged as a result of misuse including static discharge) will be shipped back to the customer collect. A service fee of $20.00 per item may be applied.
Credit will not be issued on any goods purchased over 30 days. Merchandise will be accepted for credit only if returned in resalable condition including original packing and all manuals and accessories. All sealed product, used product and special-ordered product are not returnable. A 15% restocking charge will be applied for returned product. All products returned for credit are subject to the same RMA policy as above. TechTech reserves the right to refuse any request to issue credit for returned product. All returns for credit are to be applied on future purchases. No refund cheques will be issued. All credit will be issued at current prices.
